CAN I RING YOU AND ORDER?

It is more accurate and easier to make payment through our online store.  However if you need help with some of the products on offer then dont hesitate to give us a call or email and we will try to assist you the best we can.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes.  Once your order has been filled we will contact you to let you know you can pick up your order in store.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you place your order before 3pm, we can generally process and ship your order the same business day provided your order is in stock.  If your order is out of stock or requires additional shipping requirements, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Expected delivery times:

  • Urban Delivery – 1-3 business days.
  • Rural Delivery – Expect additional 2-3 days delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed, we will email you with tracking information.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items you have selected.  This is added automatically when you proceed to checkout.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE STOCK?

As we are a fabricating business also, we endeavour to carry stock for both the online shop and the workshop.  This means we will almost always have stock on hand but in the event where we cannot fill your order, we will contact you.
