Release Wax 

Mould release wax is the most commonly used form of release agent in the industry. Release wax is easy to use, has excellent release properties and an exceptional mirror finish shine. One tin will provide hundreds of releases when using small to medium sized molds. Can be used with polyester, vinylester and epoxy systems but care must be taken to ensure the mold surface does not exceed 50°C.

Applied to mold surface in a circular motion using a clean cloth and then allowed 15 min to dry. The surface is then lightly polished to smooth out wax surface. This process is repeated 3 more times before resin can be applied.
